I called Thorntons and got their emergency line & someone was here within 15-20 minutes to diagnose the problem. We decided to go with a new unit, so they got it running good enough to last us until they could get here to put the new one in. They showed up on time and were done within the day when it could have been a 2 day job! Can not speak highly enough of them!

Our refrigerated prep station stopped working at GOFOR pizza. We called Thornton's early on a Thursday morning. By lunch time that day they sent a crew over that fixed the problem immediately.
